Terms of Service

1. What the Service Does

ReviewShieldHQ connects to your Google Business Profile and uses artificial intelligence to draft and (if you enable it) automatically post replies to your Google reviews.

2. Your Account and Google Connection

You must sign in with a Google account and grant the Service access to your Business Profile data to use automated features.

You confirm you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect. You may disconnect at any time via our site or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial.

After the trial, the Service costs $49 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

If payment fails, we may suspend automated features until payment succeeds.

4. AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibility

Replies are generated by AI. You are responsible for the content posted to your Google Business Profile. By enabling automation, you accept that AI replies may occasionally contain errors or an imperfect tone, that you should periodically review posted replies on your Google profile, and that you remain solely responsible for compliance with Google's policies and any applicable laws regarding your business communications.

We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated replies, including lost reviews, ratings changes, or customer disputes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for businesses you are not authorized to manage; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its rate limits; use the Service to generate deceptive, fake, or misleading review content; or resell access without our written permission.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable 24/7 operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third parties (Google, Stripe, OpenRouter, Vercel, Supabase); outages or policy changes at those providers may affect the Service. Features may change over time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its branding, and its code are our property. Your business data and your reviews remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process your review data solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST REPUTATION).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance.
